Catering and Retail Assistant
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 25hours per week, Term Time Only – 36weeks (11am to 4pm)
Location: Ellesmere Port Campus
We are seeking a Catering and Retail Assistant to join our team predominately to support the running of our Retail Outlet; the role will be based at the Ellesmere Port Campus with the flexibility of working at our other campuses. The hours for this role are 11am to 4pm, with occasional evening hours to support events.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Outlet; Undertaking online stock orders and checking deliveries; Preparation of food for sale to customers (desirable); Ensuring all kitchen equipment is clean and fit for purpose; andPromote the welfare of children and young people.
Key Person Specification Requirements:
GCSE Grade C (4/5) in Maths and English or equivalent(or willingness to work towards); Level 2 qualification in a relevant subject are (or willingness to work towards); Basic Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to work towards)
Experience in the Hospitality and Catering sector; Experience of cashing up; andEnhanced DBS check.
