Housekeeping Manager

Salary: £36,000 per annum, plus incentives and gratuities

• Creating an environment where your team aspire to achieve the highest of standards of cleanliness.
• Maintaining a thorough working knowledge of the Health Resort, its services, facilities, layout and procedures by ensuring maintenance spotting and development of maintenance programme is completed and adhered to.
• Maintaining efficient stock control procedures to ensure cost effective use of products and related housekeeping resources.
• Maintaining a professional approach to training and be committed to improving standards of self and other employees.
• Exhibiting good communication skills with all staff and departments, ensuring guests requirements are met to a 5* standard to assist in the operation of the Resort. This includes conducting regular staff meetings informing staff of relevant information.
