Duties
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with users on social media channels in a timely manner.
- Analyse social media performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the branding and marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy.
- Assist in public relations efforts by crafting compelling messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Proven experience in social media management across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linked In).
- Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to analyse data and generate insights to inform decision-making.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software.
- Experience of working with a global brand.
- Self motivated, target driven and works to a level of excellence.
- Photography, videography and knowledge of working with websites.
