They are looking to take on a driven and ambitious Residential Property Legal Assistant to join their team based in Preston.

• Salary DOE £23,000- £26,000

1. Preparing legal cases under supervision including:

a Liaising with/updating third-parties including lenders, solicitors and agents

a Drafting documents transfer deeds, SDLT forms

b Handling of straight forward matters under supervision

c Carrying out searches

d Carrying out registrations and post-completion tasks

e Registering charge information with Companies House

Knowledge, skills and qualifications

Minimum of 1 years Residential Property experience

Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Good IT skills

Effective prioritisation with ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
