About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable teacher to deliver A Level Film Studies and A Level Media Studies, inspiring students to engage critically and creatively with a wide range of media forms.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Teach allocated students by planning teaching to achieve progression of learning in accordance with RSFC policies.
- Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students are supported to succeed.
- Using data to monitor student progress and implement strategies to support achievement.
- Participating in departmental planning, assessment, and curriculum development.
- Monitor and intervene when teaching to ensure effective learning and maintain a safe environment in which students feel confident.
- Engaging in the college’s extensive enrichment programme and wider college life.
- Contributing to the sharing of best practice and continuous improvement within the Film and Media faculty.
