Job Description

The Finance Assistant will:

• Support the finance team in preparing financial reports.
• Manage financial data and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Carry out general administrative tasks within the department.
• Resolve financial queries from other departments and external organisations.
• Maintain and update financial records on the system.
• Participate in internal and external audits.
• Perform any other finance-related tasks as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Assistant should have:
