Position: Experienced KS1 Primary Teacher
Location: Burnley
Start Date: Tuesday 22^nd April 2025

Contract: Full-time

About the Role:

As an experienced KS1 Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our young learners in Years 1 and 2. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge children, while supporting their personal and academic development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and teach engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to students and parents
  • Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum
  • Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
  • Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent meetings as required

You will need to:

  • Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching in KS1
  • Have a genuine passion for working with young children and making a difference in their learning journey
  • Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Be committed to continuous professional development
  • Be enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable in your teaching approach
