About the Role:As an experienced KS1 Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our young learners in Years 1 and 2. You will be expected to plan and deliver engaging lessons that inspire and challenge children, while supporting their personal and academic development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and teach engaging lessons tailored to the needs of Key Stage 1 students
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing feedback to students and parents
- Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff to deliver an outstanding curriculum
- Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and parent meetings as required
You will need to:
- Be a qualified teacher with experience teaching in KS1
- Have a genuine passion for working with young children and making a difference in their learning journey
- Have strong classroom management skills and the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be committed to continuous professional development
- Be enthusiastic, creative, and adaptable in your teaching approach
