Role: Caseworker – Reviews Casework

Pay Rate: Competitive Market Rate
Hours per week: 37 hours per week
Contract Length: Initially 5 months

Location: London - hybrid working

We are seeking caseworkers to investigate requests for review. You will have experience dealing with complex casework, analysing information from multiple sources with a keen eye for attention to detail, and possess knowledge of Data Protection.

Key accountabilities:

Scrutinise and investigate requests for review and determine the appropriate response
Manage and assess cases in alignment with policy, operating procedures and guidance.
Communicate with applicants to obtain additional information/evidence that may affect the outcome of their review
Organise and lead review panels
Respond accurately to applicants to inform them of the outcome of their query

Maintain accurate records of decisions and evidence to support those decisions

Key requirements:

Caseworker experience
Microsoft Office 365 competent
Experience analysing information from multiple sources, with keen eye for attention to detail.
Knowledge of Data Protection.
Strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships.
Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and keep track of key deadlines.

Home Office / Police background (desirable).
