Job Description
The Part-Time Finance Officer will:
- Work with the accounting software to reconcile accounts and ensure that relevant documents are uploaded appropriately.
- Work with the accounting software to produce general budgets, and more specific budgets relating to particular budget streams, as required.
- Liaise with colleagues to confirm transactions are allocated to the appropriate budget stream.
- Save receipts, expenses claims, and invoices in accordance with filing procedures.
- Additional duties including assisting with processing payroll and pensions.
The Successful Applicant
The Part-Time Finance Officer will be/have:
- Immediately available
- Experience in a similar role
- Be able to work independently within a small organisation
- Experience using accounting software/s
- Immediate start
