Job Duties:
- Provide one-to-one or group tutoring sessions in Mathematics
- Create tailored lesson plans to address the individual needs of students
- Assist students in understanding complex mathematical concepts
- Monitor and assess student progress to adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Offer support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Maths Tutor or in a similar role
- A relevant degree in Mathematics or Education
Education:
Degree in Mathematics or Education
Experience:
Prior experience as a Maths Tutor or similar role
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of mathematical concepts
- Ability to communicate effectively with students of varying abilities
- Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Working Conditions:
- Part-Time hours
- Temporary position
- May require travel to different locations for tutoring sessions
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
