Head of Paid Search
Our client is a leading marketing agency, that thrives on pushing boundaries and delivering exceptional results for our clients. They are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Paid Search expert to join the team and lead the charge in shaping our strategies and product.
As the Head of PPC you will be at the forefront of the efforts, driving strategy and leading a talented team to deliver outstanding results for clients. You will play a key role in developing innovative approaches, ensuring delivery is successful, and aligned with client objectives.
The agency work flexibility meaning you can WFH or in their working hubs round Manchester, Liverpool, Bristol and London - this role may require you to be in the office occasionally, therefore accessibility to one of these is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Strategy: Develop and lead the overall paid search strategy for the agency, ensuring alignment with client goals and industry best practices. Stay ahead of industry trends and advancements, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to the table. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate paid search into comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Product Development: Drive the development of Paid Search as a product to enhance our service offerings. Identify opportunities for product innovation. Monitor product to ensure meeting the evolving needs of clients. Cultivate relationships with major suppliers like Google and Microsoft to access cutting-edge innovations
- Client Collaboration: Serve as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business objectives and translating them into effective paid search strategies. Present campaign strategies and results to clients, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of paid search professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative working environment. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, promoting professional growth and development.
Requirements:
- 8+years of experience in Paid Search
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Agency Experience
- Client facing experience.
- UK based & full right to work in UK
