Do you have Manufacturing / Warehouse / Factory experience? (essential)
CORE TARGETS- We need someone to build staff 'buy-in' to HSE
- Produce and develop and robust training and HSE documentation system (skills matrix / tick lists)
- Attain balance between strong admin and being visible on site
- RAMS
- Help achieve compliance to both internal auditing and external / customer audits and specifications
- Promote a safety first culture without 'red tape' and paperwork heavy mind-set
- Inductions, inspections, toolbox talks. PPE and signage management
- Weekly reporting
- Need to understand it's a Manufacturing / warehouse / factory environment - so, many moving parts and associated duties / culture
- Company developing it's compliance from top to bottom
- Need a down to earth attitude whilst implementing Health and Safety focused culture
NEBOSH or equivalent essential
PERSONAL SKILLS- Strong IT / Systems skills
- Firm but personable attitude
- Resilience and patience
- Driving licence
