From January 2025 Grove Park School welcomes its new Headteacher and we are looking to recruit to our committed, empathetic and collaborative teaching team to take the school forward on an exciting and transformational development journey. Grove Park School, is a specialist school for pupils aged 4-19 with a wide range of special education needs, including Profound and Multiple learning Difficulties (PMLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD).The school is set across three sites (primary, secondary and sixth form) located closely together in Crowborough, East Sussex.
In addition to new leadership, Grove Park School is also extremely excited to be starting their journey of improvement with the guidance and support of an award-winning special education trust with a proven background in transforming special schools into amazing places to learn and work.

We are looking to recruit from April 2025 or sooner a committed, inspirational and innovative Teacher to our Primary phase. The successful candidate will be passionate about special education and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment where all pupils can achieve and fulfil their potential.We particularly welcome interest from candidates with a background in SEND or those who have a passion for SEND are who are looking to make the transition from primary mainstream.
A full induction training programme will be provided along with continued CPD and career progression opportunities for those wishing to develop a SEND career both within the school and the wider Trust.
