An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Assistant to join a growing production team within an agency in heart of the West End!

The Role
As a production assistant you will support the day-to-day delivery of projects and campaigns, from concept through to all stages of delivery. Projects you work across will range from small scale quick turn-around social campaigns to large international localised campaigns across the full channel mix: social, VOD, DOOH, TV and many in between.
Reporting into: Senior Producer.
Key Areas of ResponsibilityProviding office and on-site support to the Content Production team.
The duties of this role will change as projects do, but specific examples of work include:- Purchase order creation, invoice management, finance tracking
- Location/Asset research
- Sourcing and procuring of props
- Supplier briefing and cross quoting
- Creation and maintenance of suppliers/crew list and usage trackers
- Catering arrangement and management
- Deck building
- Printing materials for production when required
- Travel booking, arrangements and general logistics tasks
- Organising couriers and delivering packages
- File management, asset organization and downloading
- Assist and create PPM decks and shoot paperwork
- Attend shoots as production support to the team
- Assist with post-production tasks, such as logging footage, organizing files and quality checking files
- Manage translation creation
Required Skills / Knowledge
We are looking for someone with at least 1+ years’ experience in a production role, who has worked in an agency and has worked on content productions.
They should have:- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate well with others
- Be a proactive problem solver
- A solid understanding of the entire content production process
- A good understanding of film making and other moving image techniques
- A good understanding of all production documentation
- Efficient in using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
