Retail Sales Assistant (Part-time)

We are looking for a competent and friendly individual with excellent knowledge and a good customer service manner. The job will be between 10 and 20 hours depending on skills and experience. Perhaps you've worked in retail management or are a university student based in Sheffield who has worked in a shop since leaving school.
Pay: £11.44-£12.44 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week

Applicants for the post will need to be:
- Friendly and assured when dealing with customers – you don’t have to be the chattiest person in the world but you must be calm, polite and easy going.
- A fast learner – we have LOTS of stock, and you need to be able to get used to learning about products and DIY by yourself.
- An all-round practical, organised and methodical person - you’ll be talking to customers about everything from making a good brew to advising which is the best paint brush for a job… all while unloading the next delivery!
