Deputy Home Manager - Residential Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Deputy Home Manager to play a key role in overseeing the operations of our client's residential care home focused on supporting a small number of adults with autism. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of their residents and contribute to a nurturing and inclusive environment.

• Level 3 in Health and Social Care of above
• Proven experience in a leadership or deputy management role within a residential care setting
• Knowledge and understanding of autism, as well as best practices for supporting individuals with diverse needs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff
• A commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the care environment
