As a team:
Working with our clients we are responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of complex IT solutions that involve mainframe systems. This role combines technical expertise, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills to ensure that mainframe solutions align with the organization's business objectives and technical requirements.

The role of a Mainframe Solution Architect is critical in ensuring that mainframe systems continue to provide robust, efficient, and secure solutions in an ever-evolving IT landscape. You will learn how to develop a blend of technical prowess, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between business needs and technical capabilities.
As a Mainframe Solution Architect Assoc. Director, you will:
- Understand Mainframe Modernization business requirements and convert them into technology requirements / use cases.
- Working as Enterprise Solution Architect Role in multi-tower deals.
- Lead the solutioning, collaborating with pursuit team, external partners Hyperscale's, TPAs, etc. and should be proficient in articulating value proposition in proposal responses and client orals.
- Critical client-facing role that interprets and translates client requirements into a technology solution with Cloud stack and offerings as the underlying theme, driving Client value
- Expected to originate and help in deal closure .
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to exercise judgment
- Work with Mainframe Capability SMEs and leads for estimation sign offs,
- Excellent client focus and interpersonal skills to develop relationships with clients and team collaboration.
- Conduct solution reviews with Global sales leadership /account leads/commercial directors
- Conduct delivery reviews with Stakeholders.
- Act a bridge between sales and delivery teams
- Provide inputs to client facing proposal documents - Why this solution? Why this tech component? Why Accenture for this solution etc.?
- Participation in client orals to defend the solution (architecture, estimates, staffing etc. ) in various internal and external forums - Client presentations, Capability/delivery/sales MD reviews
- Provide solution inputs to legal team for SOW/contracting
