Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling, logistics, and administration of training programs, including booking courses, preparing training materials, and tracking attendance.
  • Maintain accurate training records and databases, providing timely updates and reports to the Head of Learning and Development.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, including managing email correspondence, filing, and organising training-related documentation.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate:

  • Be a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with previous administrative experience, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess strong communication and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • While training experience is a bonus, it is not essential, as the candidate will be provided with the necessary support to develop in this area.
  • Have a proactive attitude, adaptability.
  • Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database management will be advantageous.
