My client are a fast-growing company based in Oxfordshire. If you enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with teams to drive success, this role is for you.As an Account Manager, you will manage and onboard client accounts while building strong relationships to drive sales and revenue growth.You’ll work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless, high-quality account management. There is also potential for growth into a more sales-oriented role for the right candidate.Key Responsibilities:
Analyse client accounts to identify growth opportunitiesUse Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track account activities and sales progressCommunicate regularly with clients to understand their needs and optimize product usageDevelop and implement account strategies to drive salesMonitor the success of existing accounts and provide support through regular check-insMaintain up-to-date CRM and customer recordsFlexible working hours, with some evening availabilitySchedule regular phone or video calls with clients to build strong relationships
Skills & Requirements:

Strong analytical skills to assess account performance and identify growth opportunitiesProficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM softwareExcellent communication skills to effectively engage with clientsPrevious experience in sales is a plusAttention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitudeExperience with Photoshop or video editing is desirableKnowledge of photo/video technology is an advantage
