As well as delivering high quality clinical care, you would also be actively involved in the leadership of the service alongside the Team Leadership Group. Within the wider AWP CAMHS services across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire, you could also be able to be part of projects looking to improve access into CAMHS to young people from racialised groups, projects looking into staff wellbeing, and audits of clinical care to ensure we are delivering the highest quality care and treatment.
