Job Description
  • Coordinate HR operations, including on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Administer HR-related documentation such as contracts of employment.
  • Maintain HR systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Support the HR team in implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and enforcing HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to staff on HR matters.
  • Help in creating a positive work environment and improving employee engagement.
  • Manage HR-related queries and ensure timely resolution.

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Operations Coordinator should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experience in HR operations within the financial services industry.
  • Demonstrable Workday experience and ideally a ticketing system like Jira
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and databases.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Able to be office based 5 days per week
