Skills and Qualifications:- Strong knowledge of Sociology and Criminology at A Level standard
- Ability to plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons that meet curriculum requirements
- Good communication skills with students, parents, and colleagues
- Willingness to develop professionally through training and collaboration
- Basic understanding of assessment methods for further education students
- Commitment to supporting student achievement and well-being
- Enthusiasm for inspiring young people about social sciences subjects
- Patience, empathy, and respect towards all members of the school community
- Openness to feedback with a positive approach towards continuous improvement
- Dedication to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion within the classroom
