Responsibilities:
In this role as a Claims Handler, you will manage a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, primarily focusing on pre-litigation matters. Your duties will involve conducting thorough investigations, gathering and analysing evidence, and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to ensure each claim is handled efficiently and effectively.
You will bring a solid foundation of knowledge to the role, enabling you to manage your caseload confidently. You will work closely with senior team members to develop your skills further and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.The ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment is essential, as is a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
