Vacancies for casual Hospitality & Bar Staff
We are looking for reliable, enthusiastic and hard-working individuals to work in our busy Hospitality departments. You will work under the direction of the Hospitality Manager and Supervisors to deliver excellent customer service at all times during functions, events and on match days at Worcestershire County Cricket Club.
Key tasks:
- Serving food and drinks to customers
- Taking food and drink orders to ensure prompt and accurate service.
- Responsible for processing payment for orders.
- Dealing with customer requests and queries.
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Being polite and friendly at all times
- Complete any additional duties requested by your line manager.

Requirements
You will need to have the Right to Work in the UK or be able to obtain this by the start date. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this role.- Over 16 with a mature attitude.
- Polite, courteous, and presentable at all times.
- Have a professional and positive attitude.
- Provide a welcoming atmosphere to all guests.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Happy to take direction from managers
- Active listening skills to ensure orders are taken correctly.
- Previous experience in Hospitality is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
- There are no set hours associated with this role, you will work on a casual basis.
- Rate of Pay: Under 18
- £11.21 per hour.
- £12.21 per hour
- Complimentary food when working on a match days.
