We have a rare opportunity for an outstanding leader to join our dedicated Commissioning Team as a Service Manager!
Our Commissioning Service is responsible for developing a strategic approach to commissioning accommodation and community-based support for children, young people and adults in Wiltshire. With a focus on a "whole-life pathway," the service is dedicated to supporting Wiltshire residents continuously throughout their lives.
As a Service Manager, you will lead on the continuous development of performance management systems to improve the quality and delivery across the Quality Assurance and Performance team working closely with Service Managers in strategic and commercial elements of commissioning.You will ensure that Team Manager and Leads effectively and efficiently deliver frontline services. You will support and drive innovation and change across the service and wider partnership.
Our ideal candidate will hold a degree in a relevant subject or possess extensive experience in managing staff within a large, diverse organisation. Significant experience in Adults Commissioning and working with the CQC and other regulatory bodies will be essential alongside a strong understanding of key legislation, such as the Care Act.You will need to demonstrate strong budget management skills and an ability to develop innovative solutions that achieve cost savings while maintaining a high level of service quality across a wide range of provision.
