Job Duties:
- Provide tailored academic support and guidance to Key Stage 3 students.
- Develop engaging lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Relevant teaching qualification
- Experience working with Key Stage 3 students
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong understanding of the Key Stage 3 curriculum
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
