Residential Support Worker

We are looking for Residential Support Workers and Senior Residential Support Workers who are compassionate, caring and prepared to go the extra mile for our young people in multiple locations for our care homes in London. We are offering £11.50 to £14 per hour depending upon your experience and qualification in the relevant field.

Requirements of the Role:

Support Worker:

Must have residential care expereince (childcare preferred)

Must be 21 years old

available to work full time (Monday to Sunday on rotation)

Confident working with challenging behaviour

A genuine interest in making a difference

Senior Support Worker: -

Must be at least 21 years old

must have residentail childcare experience (minimum 1 to 2 years)

available to work full time (Monday to Sunday on rotation)

NVQ Level 3

Confident working with challenging behaviour

A genuine interest in making a difference

Report writing skills and tech savvy
