This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping students to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Day-to-day of the role: Implementing the THRIVE approach to support emotional and social development of students.Working closely with teachers and staff to integrate support strategies into the classroom.Developing and maintaining individual action plans for students.Monitoring and reporting on student progress.Engaging with parents, carers, and external agencies to coordinate support for students.Facilitating group and one-to-one sessions based on the THRIVE framework.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) or similar role.Certified or willing to train in the THRIVE Approach.Strong understanding of the challenges faced by children with emotional and social difficulties.
