Are you our next Health and Safety Manager? We are looking for someone who can help us redefine whats possible for our operation.
**What is the role?**
Driven and self-motivated, the HSE Manager is responsible for the implementation and delivery of safety management systems and technical competence across all airport activities to ensure compliance and continuous improvement in performance.
**What will you do?**- Ensure clear information, instruction, and guidance by way of documented Process and Procedures are accessible to all Business Units.
- Ensure clear, information, coaching and support is provided to the Business Units in achieving effective safety management systems with a risk management approach.
- Ensure GALs compliance with ISO 45001 and cross over to ISO 14001 is subject to continual improvement.
- Ensure GALs HSE strategy and Second Decade of Change is actively driven in line with GALs business agenda.
- Regular reporting of HSE metrics is delivered in line with GALs business agenda.
- NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent: Certified IOSH status or above.
- Lead Auditor training for ISO 45001.
- Extensive experience of HSE in a multi-function, customer orientated organisation.
- Proven track record in the delivery of HSE objectives associated typically with extensive experience.
- Strong leadership skills and experience.
- Proven stakeholder management experience.
