We are seeking a dedicated Home Improvement Agency Case Worker WCR 3 Max to join our team and make a positive impact on the lives of individuals in need of home improvement services. As a Case Worker, you will be responsible for assessing the needs of clients, creating tailored action plans, and providing support throughout the home improvement process.
You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, and community agencies to facilitate necessary improvements, ensuring that projects meet safety and quality standards. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with a diverse client base, and the ability to navigate complex situations with sensitivity and professionalism.

Responsibilities
Assess clients' needs and eligibility for home improvement services.
Develop individualized action plans based on client assessments.
Coordinate with contractors and service providers to schedule home improvement projects.
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Maintain accurate client records and documentation throughout the case management process.
Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise during the project.

Collaborate with community agencies and organizations to enhance service delivery and client resources.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
Proven experience in case management or a similar role in home improvement or social services.
Strong understanding of home improvement processes and safety regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Hours Per Week: 36.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.05
