A highly reputable Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Leyland is seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join their permanent staff from January 2025. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs in a nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the teaching staff in delivering tailored educational programs.
- Assist students with personal care and daily routines as needed.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all learners.
- Collaborate with other professionals to develop effective strategies for student engagement.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications in Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Experience working with children with special educational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A commitment to promoting the wellbeing and development of all students.
