Day to Day of the Role:
- Perform a wide range of administrative duties including word processing of letters and setting up new clients.
- Handle scanning and postal tasks efficiently.
- Cover reception duties as needed, including meeting and greeting clients/visitors.
- Answer and transfer internal and external calls with professionalism.
- Maintain organised records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and numeracy skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Previous experience within the financial sector is advantageous.
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
