Job Description
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for Boots, Superdrug, and Sainsbury's
  • Foster strong business relationships with key stakeholders in the mentioned outlets
  • Identify new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report on sales performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and product offerings
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities
  • Participate in sales training and workshops to enhance professional skills

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate should have:

  • Experience working at National Account level - Boots, Superdrug or Sainsbury's preferred
  • Proven sales experience in the FMCG industry - beauty/health/wellness background preferred
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions
  • A customer-centric approach to sales
  • Proficiency in sales management software
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
