As we continue to set the pace for temporary recruitment into Private Equity businesses in London, we are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Consultant to join our London temp team! To be successful in this role you will need to have experience working in agency recruitment.

A little about the role:
Our temp team has doubled in size over the last few years and has consistently grown in revenue generated year on year. This stability has resulted in the team becoming known in the market as the go-to recruitment team for clients looking to hire candidates on a short-term basis in Private Equity.Joining on a warm desk you will have some clients to manage however the focus for you will be to grow your business. Business development and building new relationships will excite you and there is much success to be had for a tenacious recruiter who wants to carve out a high-revenue business.
The team is headed up by a fantastic leader who has been with the business for six years, is supportive and is always looking at developing the individuals in her team. Six Consultants and a Community Manager make up the rest of the team. The team are a real squad of fantastic recruiters who are each other’s biggest advocates and live and breathe our Team Focused value.
