Reed Finance are excited to announce a newly created position for a Management Accountant on behalf of a global business with growth plans, based in Cambridge.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be given autonomy to make the role your own.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Monthly management accounts.
- Develop systems for the transition to revised UK GAAP scheduled for the financial year 2027.
- Financial reporting and analysis.
- Review and manage receivables and payables.
- Provide accounting records to external auditors and data to group finance teams.
- Identify potential risks and issues, suggesting action plans.
- Intercompany reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong Excel skills.
- High degree of organisation and adaptability.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with accounting for commercial property leases.
- Knowledge of ERP / accounting software.
