SALES EXECUTIVE
CARNFORTH – OFFICE BASED
Get Recruited are recruiting for a well established business who have been established over 25 years and are growing their team and are looking for a Sales Executive.
This role is solely focusing on new business development, you will drive business by identifying and developing new opportunities.
Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth, expand market presence, and meet sales targets.
Source and qualify new leads through cold calling, attending industry events, leveraging professional networks, and using CRM tools effectively.
Present company solutions to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs, and demonstrating the value the company can bring to their business.
Secure long-term partnerships with new clients, ensuring strong and lasting relationships are formed from the outset.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on key strategies and refine pitch materials to effectively target new prospects.
Must have a strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
Ambitious and driven individual with a natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.

This is a great opportunity for a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Development Representative, BDR, SDR, Internal Sales or similar role.
THE ROLE:
Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through targeted outreach, networking, and relationship-building.Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive growth, expand market presence, and meet sales targets.
Source and qualify new leads through cold calling, attending industry events, leveraging professional networks, and using CRM tools effectively.
Present company solutions to potential clients, tailoring solutions to their unique needs, and demonstrating the value the company can bring to their business.

Drive revenue generation by meeting or exceeding set KPIs and sales targets.
THE PERSON:
Proven experience in new business development.Must have a strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients and building long-term relationships.
Ambitious and driven individual with a natural ability to identify opportunities and close deals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to tailor pitches to diverse audiences.
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach to work.
