Patent Attorney

I am working with a leading firm, renowned for its expertise in intellectual property and patent litigation.

With a strong reputation in the industry, the firm is known for handling complex, high-profile cases and providing strategic advice to a diverse client base. It is now looking to expand its team with a Patent Attorney who has a keen interest in contentious matters.

UPC qualification would be advantageous but is not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a range of patent litigation matters, working closely with experienced litigators
• Provide strategic advice on contentious patent disputes
• Collaborate with technical and legal teams to develop case strategies
• Engage in opposition and appeal proceedings where applicable
• Support clients through all stages of litigation and dispute resolution

Requirements:

• 1-3 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) as a Patent Attorney
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in litigation
• UPC qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Experience with contentious patent matters is beneficial but not a prerequisite
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
