Your new role
We have the pleasure of working on a newly created position due the organisation experiencing a period of growth.This a permanent vacancy that will support the business as PA whilst also taking a lead on Office management and facilities management tasks.
This position will suit an experienced professional PA / EA/ . Equally the role will suit an experienced Office Manager with previous experience of PA support to Director level.This role is hybrid 2 days a week. We ask that the successful applicants be local to the area.
Duties of the position are outlined below; • Full PA duties to Director level ,managing the diaries, arranging meetings, accommodation and travel, office management and facilities management- Reviewing emails and meeting invitations, inbox management
- Arranging Directors internal staff meetings and senior leadership meetings
- Amending and formatting papers, presentations etc
- Preparation of correspondence
- Processing cash and credit card expenses claims.
- Organisation of staff events, other events including client events as required
- Day to day office management and to be the acting contact for building facilities and management
The successful candidate will be a proven PA/ EA/ Office Manager
Ideally previous facilities management experience would be beneficial but not essential
Live in the local area (Chesterfield/Sheffield)
