With Intelligence is currently recruiting for two Senior Revenue Operations Analysts to join our London team. The Revenue Operations team is a newly developed team that drives continuous improvement across the commercial business which includes process, platform, data and reporting.

We are a leading provider of investment intelligence for allocating decisions, fund-raising and business development for the alternative asset management industry. Our unique data, agile workflow platform and top tier events connect investors and managers to raise and allocate assets effectively.

We employ over 600 employees located in offices in the UK, US & Asia. We have recently been acquired by a successful technology investor, we are now looking to take the business forward and further evolve as a data and analytics product-led business.

The Role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst you will business partner with different parts of the commercial team which entails:

Work cross-collaboratively on several transformation projects:

  • Consolidate our customer data
  • Improve and redesign Salesforce
  • Develop best practice processes
  • Evaluate and improve our sales & commercial tooling

Become a subject matter expert in all our data; tasks can include:

  • Improve data quality and governance
  • Develop, deliver & maintain a suite of reports and dashboards
  • Ad hoc reporting to executive level stakeholders on business trends & analysis

Own your work, find & develop opportunities, and be prepared to present to all levels of the business across different forums.

Support all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the commercial function globally

Support the commercial function globally on CRM and other sales operations systems

Requirements
  • Proven work experience in an operations, strategy or consultancy role.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Have multifaceted experience working on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
  • Deep and diverse experience with using Salesforce, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Prior exposure to high-growth work environments, and a strong understanding of SaaS business models and go-to-market principles are all highly desirable
