What you will be doing...

As a Customer Service Assistant, you’ll play an important role for our customers, by ensuring exceptional service leading to high customer satisfaction. You’ll be knowledgeable on our routes and tickets, as well as provide support and assistance to customers in times of need and disruption.

In this role, you’ll follow rules, regulation and safety notices within the station, to ensure not only you but our stations can safely operate. You’ll make sure our stations are presentable and if there is cause for an accident or other safety related issues, you’ll be first to adhere to safety requirements and procedures.

In this customer centric role, you can expect your day to day to be varied and rewarding. Here’s what your day-to-day activities could include:

Providing information and assistance to customers - including assisting with luggage and accessibility
Opening and securing station premises as required
During times of disruption, assist with arranging alternative transport
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment, ensuring platforms are clean at all times and are free of hazards
Exceptional Communicator
