We are recruiting a Warehouse Administrator to join a well-established and growing logistics operation, supporting day-to-day warehouse activities and ensuring effective coordination between inbound, outbound and transport functions.
The business operates a busy, multi-user environment, handling a high volume of goods and providing reliable distribution solutions across the UK. This role is well suited to someone with warehouse or logistics experience who is highly organised and detail-oriented.
Key Responsibilities- Manage inventory using WMS systems (Mandata, Oracle)
- Coordinate goods in and out, including loading and unloading
- Oversee stock organisation and replenishment
- Support accurate picking and packing for dispatch
- Maintain health and safety standards
- Complete data entry, order processing and stock updates
- Work with the wider team to improve operational efficiency
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong understanding of stock control
- Experience with WMS systems (desirable)
- High attention to detail
- Strong organisational and communication skills
