Position Overview:
As a Payroll Officer (Hybrid), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll for a diverse range of clients. This position requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process end-to-end payroll for multiple clients, including data input, calculations, and compliance checks.
- Handle queries from clients regarding payroll-related matters and provide timely and accurate resolutions.
- Stay abreast of changes in payroll legislation and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
- Generate reports and analyye payroll data to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the implementation of new payroll systems and technologies.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive payroll information.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in a payroll-related role is essential.
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation, taxation, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
- Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation is a plus.
