Location: Busy Bees York
Hours: 20-25 hours per week (part time)

Salary: £12.25 per hour

At Busy Bees York, we are looking to bring on board a Nursery Office Manager on a part time, permanent basis!

Your Mission

As an Office Manager at Busy Bees York, you will be a key part our administrative operations. Your role is diverse and involves coordinating visits from external contractors, managing office equipment, welcoming visitors, and handling day-to-day administrative tasks.

Your friendly and professional manner will make you one of the go-to people for parents, staff, and external parties, ensuring our centre runs efficiently and remains a welcoming environment for everyone.

Essential skills and experience:

  • Previous experience using Microsoft systems
  • Business Management Experience
  • Ability to work on own initiative
  • Confident communicator verbally and written
  • Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible approach
  • Qualification in Early Years
  • Understanding of Nursery processes
  • Safeguarding knowledge
