Assistant Team Manager Central MHLT | Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust
The job will entail supporting the Team Manager for Urgent Care in leading and managing the Liaison Team (including deputizing for the Manager in their absence)

To provide leadership and management for all staff in the liaison teams, enabling the delivery of a flexible citywide liaison service that responds to the needs of service users and their carers/ families.
To contribute to the maintenance and monitoring of high standards of urgent care including service quality, governance and performance within the team and ensuring the Trust’s vision, values and principles are upheld.
To contribute to the management of team processes for accepting and allocating referrals accepted from the Acute Hospital Trusts and ensuring effective and planned interventions are delivered.
To ensure individuals are moved through the urgent care pathways effectively and supported in their recovery.
To undertake assessment, care planning, therapeutic intervention and review of care for individuals experiencing a crisis and provide an advisory resource to colleagues.
