Car Park Coordinator

LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated and organised Car Park Coordinator to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the car park operations to ensure a smooth and efficient flow of vehicles, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include monitoring parking availability, coordinating vehicle movements, and providing assistance to customers.

Hours - 40

Salary - £28,571

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the car park.
• Ensure proper allocation of parking spaces and monitor vehicle flow in the area.
• Assist customers with parking enquiries and directions.
• Coordinate with the service and sales teams to support vehicle movements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the car park area.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or coordinator role.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A valid driver's license is essential.
