We are looking for a SQCL Operations Manager. The laboratory provides a range of pharmaceutical testing services including analytical chemistry, microbiology, clean room testing, medical gas testing and theatre testing. Roles include: Operational Manager of the Lab, managing operational delivery of service, Monitoring of KPIs and response to Customer Demand.
To make significant contribution to the development of the medium to long term strategy for the service and to ensure that the fundamental aspects of care are in place. The Laboratory Operational Service Lead will provide leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers others.
