Responsibilities as a senior childcare lawyer:
Able to handle high caseload in childcare cases from start to completion.Preparing Legal documents and correspondence.
Advocacy skills to represent the Council in contested proceedings.
About you as a senior childcare lawyer:
Qualified with at least 3 years of experience in child care lawDrafting Legal documents to a high-quality standard
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
