Job Description

The Restructuring Solicitor will be:

• Advising clients on corporate insolvency and restructuring matters.
• Managing distressed business sales
• Providing board advisory services to directors and stakeholders.
• Collaborating and advising insolvency practitioners and investors.
• Contributing to the development and growth of the restructuring practice.
• Work closely with the Partners locally and in the national team

The Successful Applicant

The Restructuring Solicitor should be / have :

• A solicitor with 2-8 years PQE in restructuring and insolvency.
• Experienced in both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Proficient in advising on corporate insolvency and distressed transactions.
• Able to work collaboratively within a team and with clients.
• Committed to professional development and career progression.
• Ties to Leeds

• A competitive salary in the range of £62,000 - £78,000 GBP.
