Page Personnel have an exciting new opportunity available for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to lead a team in an established Manufacturing business based in Huddersfield. The role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a robust understanding of financial processes.

• Overseeing daily transactions and operations in the Accounts Payable department.
• Leading, training and developing the Accounts Payable team.
• Performing monthly financial analysis, including ageing analysis and expense trend review.
• Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensuring compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborating with other departments to resolve accounting issues.
• Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management.
• Participating in the annual budgeting and forecasting process.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Payable Supervisor should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven leadership experience in an Accounts Payable role within the industrial / manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using financial software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
