Whinfell School is located across two sites in the picturesque town of Kendal, Cumbria. Whinfell forms both home and school for students with outstanding facilities to enable students to learn, progress and grow as individuals.
Whinfell School has a proud and successful tradition of supporting students between the ages of 11-19 with Asperger’s Syndrome (high functioning Autism) and Complex Needs to gain valuable life skills, qualifications and confidence to support their onward journey towards independence.
What we need from you?
We are looking to recruit committed, empathetic and engaging care/support workers that will deliver a model of positive behaviour support to empower our young people to make a positive change in their lives, gain self-regulation skills and develop greater lifelong independence.

We are looking for Residential Support Workers that are:

Sleep in allowance of approximately £1200 per annum – based on 2 sleep ins per month
